ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

 

Please read these guidelines carefully before submitting your work to The 3rd INAMHPEC 2026. We invite contributions from practitioners, educators, administrators, and students across all health-related disciplines.

Instructions for Authors
  • All abstracts must be submitted through the official INAMHPEC Abstract Portal by Friday, 30 April 2026, 23:59 (GMT+7). Submissions via email or other formats will not be accepted.
  • All abstracts must be written in English, and all presentations are to be conducted in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • The abstract body is limited to 300 words, excluding the title, author names, and institutional affiliations.
  • Please do not include tables, graphs, or images within the abstract text.
  • Please refer to the provided abstract template for further guidance regarding the required formatting.
  • Upon submission, an automated acknowledgement email will be sent to the corresponding author’s registered email address.
  • Authors may submit and edit their entries at any time until the abstract submission deadline.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the Scientific Committee at inamhpec2026@gmail.com.
  • Authors may indicate their preferred mode of presentation; however, the final decision remains at the sole discretion of the Scientific Committee.
  • An individual may be listed as the Presenting Author for a maximum of three (3) abstracts. Any additional submissions must be presented by a co-author listed on the respective submission.
  • If AI tools are utilized, they must be properly cited. The final abstract must be the authors' original work; please note that AI-generated text, even if paraphrased, may be flagged as plagiarism and result in disqualification.
  • Upon acceptance, the presenting author must register and pay the appropriate registration fee by 30 May 2026. Submit your registration confirmation to inamhpec2026@gmail.com to ensure inclusion in the programme.
Review and Acceptance
All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by our scientific committee.
Notifications of acceptance will be sent via email to the corresponding author.
