The Archipelago Scholar Research Grant

 

In collaboration with Archipelago Scholar, the 3rd INAMHPEC is pleased to present the Archipelago Scholar Research Grant for Young Researchers in Health Professions Education. This prestigious grant is dedicated to fostering scientific excellence among undergraduate students.

Total Award Pool IDR 6,000,000 For 3 Outstanding Undergraduate Students

Grant Rules & Eligibility

  • 1
    The grant is open to all undergraduate students including those in clinical rotations or co assistant programs who have accepted abstracts for oral or poster presentations.
  • 2
    Every applicant must be a registered participant of the symposium.
  • 3
    Candidates must attend their oral or poster presentations in person and be present for the awarding session during the closing ceremony on 7 June 2026.
  • 4
    Please submit your proof of registration and a document from your institution verifying your undergraduate status to the Abstract and Scientific Committee by 31 May 2026.
  • 5
    The Abstract and Scientific Committee will select three outstanding undergraduate students to receive the grant based on the quality of their submitted abstracts and their performance during the presentations.

    All decisions made by the Abstract and Scientific Committee are final and binding.
