Surabaya is a major transportation hub in Indonesia. Reaching the conference venue at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Airlangga (Campus A) is convenient with the following options:

Air Travel
Juanda International Airport (SUB)
Approx. 20 km from the city center

Juanda Airport serves as the main gateway to East Java. It has two terminals:
Terminal 1: Domestic flights (Lion Air, Citilink, etc.)
Terminal 2: International flights (Singapore Airlines, Scoot, AirAsia) and Garuda Indonesia.

Airport Taxi: Pre-paid vouchers are available at the arrival hall. A trip to the venue costs approximately IDR 120,000 – 180,000.

Railway Access
Surabaya Gubeng Station (Recommended)
Distance: ± 2 km from the venue

This is the closest major station to the Faculty of Medicine. It serves executive and business class trains from Jakarta, Yogyakarta, and Bandung via the southern route.

Surabaya Pasar Turi Station
Distance: ± 5 km from the venue

This station primarily serves executive trains from the northern route (Jakarta/Semarang).

Traveler’s Note:

Traffic: Please expect heavy traffic during rush hours (07:00 – 09:00 and 16:30 – 18:30).
Toll Roads: When traveling from the airport, taking the toll road is faster. Toll fees (approx. IDR 10,000 - 15,000) are usually paid by the passenger.
